So as far as the sound goes, this ones pretty damn boring. I hadn't filmed for ages so i literally forgot I was supposed to be talking and I sat too far away from the water so my mic didn't pick up the sound properly. Sorry legends! Won't be making that mistake again....But hey, just open Spotify and chuck on your favourite tunes.
Anyway, the waves were pumping so here is all the footage I got from that day. I went back in the afternoon after I had charged all my batteries but it was just wayyy too windy to fly my drone 44km/h winds...yikes

This place has seen north swells from cyclones before but this one was different. Took my new to surfing girlfriend (now wife) there. Solid head and a half, may or may not of forgotten about her for a couple of hours while I was frothing
Thats epic dude. Couple of my mates live for this spot. (It's Azure Co replying, just can't be bothered switching accounts haha)
Looks like southbeach south of Margaret River. I had it similar in about 1996 with 4 mates, all of us bodyboarding. It was about 4 to 5 times headhigh and was way to crazy closeout where you were. Conditions were so glassy, we walked few hundred metres down beach and paddled out using massive rip that was about 70 metres wide stretching out about 500m into what looked like atom bomb of sand out back which had waves in it that looked like huge waimea shorebreak,Then paddled 200m north to line up. Barrels were that big perfect and long it was a dream. 5-10second Barrels nearly every wave, some we even got tandem Barrels so deep and long. When lip hit water it would throw all water forward out of barrel. Hardly any explosions coming up inside from lip. 4hrs surf in morning here, then 3hrs out at The Box pumping. Next day we went to box first then southbeach. Still to this day I've never seen or had this wave break so far out, normally it's heavy shorebreak right onto beach almost. So sic to see we weren't dreaming and others have scored it also.

How big do you think the back of the wave was ?
Love this break, gave me so many good memories. The right handers are gorgeous and the water is spectacular, and beginners can go on a small day in the break zone and catch long lasting white wash waves. Love the video @AzureCo

Lmao no this is north point Western , Australia . Pipeline is on the north shore of oahu in hawaii it is a reef break when north point is a sand bottom wave which is safer when it comes to hitting the bottom pipeline is the worlds deadliest wave as it breaks on what u could call a concrete shelf that is only 2 ft - 8 inches of water which is pretty much dry reef at that point because the wave will throw you so hard that the water under you does practically nothing to stop the force of your fall
